Mobilee is proud to welcome esteemed French electronic producer Madben on the label with his new release "Fresh Touch", featuring two outstanding original tracks and a great remix by Kosme.

Madben, a veteran techno artist from France, traces his musical roots back to 90s techno and the DIY culture cultivated in his youth in Lille. With influences from techno legends such as Dave Clarke and experience in iconic venues, his reputation has steadily grown, marked by his debut album in 2018 and collaborations with artists such as Laurent Garnier. His presence in the European techno scene is huge, giving him opportunities to perform at prestigious venues such as Berghain or Awakening Festival. Now Madben is part of Maceo Plex's Ellum Audio family where he released his second album in 2023.

The EP's title track, "Fresh Touch" delivers a energetic experience driven by creative vocal effects. Madben skillfully navigates dynamic transitions and seamlessly blends dark, gloomy synthesizers with uplifting chords that create a unique and haunting atmosphere.

This track gets a phunky remix by Kosme from Lyon. Kosme electrifies diverse crowds with his dynamic blend of house and techno, infusing sets with passion, contagious grooves, and a modern refinement of electronic influences. He also reflects this in his remix and conjures up a very groovy version of the original, with classic elements of house and techno. The french producer combines this perfectly with driving beats and well-chosen vocal loops from the original.

The last track "My Luv" rounds off the EP perfectly. The production is based on breakbeat rhythms, uncompromising tops and rolling percussion. The track is accompanied by a captivating vocal and rich bassline. Gradually, a funky melody builds up, giving the track a different touch and taking the listener on a timeless journey.
